I have visited a few paintings for the selection and in the business. I had problems with having hardly any sauce on my wings. it was practically just a naked wing. it took at least 5 minutes before someone helped me. the one person who came during this time opened a cash register and then left it open when she went to get help. When I finally got the kitchen staff attentive to tell them that she just left the money open on the side, they didn't seem to think it was a problem. led in the past in retail, made me nervous. that's a big no. someone could just take the money. the manager came by and didn't seem to care that it was open. then it was finally asked that you helped someone else. when I was eating, the service was good, the wings were great. I just think that the service for the exit can be improved. maybe a training at cash handling.
we have a family visit once the week, so we get to eat weekly. Never had an hour order when we came home. this bw3s is literally the worst place to spend money. we pay for extra celery or blue cheese and never get what we pay. our order is more than once completely wrong. tonight I asked for additional celery after I had said there were some in the bag. go home and not only was there no in the bag, but the girl didn't even give me extra that I paid. they save their money and go somewhere else. super frustrated with these special buffalo wild wings.
