Actually, my wife and I really enjoy going to BWW. However, we are very disappointed with the behavior of this branch: We placed an order via the website last Friday, 7/15/2022. We had specified 7:30 pm as the delivery time. When I had entered my payment details and only then we received a delivery confirmation for Saturday, 11:30 am ! . Of course we wanted the order to be placed on Friday evening and not Saturday morning, so we called the branch and tried to change the delivery time. We were told that was not possible. Instead, the branch would cancel our order and we would have to place a new order. So we placed a new order this time via DoorDash , which was also delivered shortly afterwar...
worse service! mannager was unprofessional, rude! we have set up the game giant! his answer was that I have a television. pay attention to the television who was on the dining room. not even at the bar! we pay customers! ok and next to mr rude! there were only 4 games on the afternoon! I will not recommend this device, because if they put the manager to put a game on him they will ask to leave his device if they don't like it. so rude he was....a terrible experience in bww. what is what we do for NFL games? and we meet an rude manager! we were customers of bww for over 10 years! will never go there again. he must be fired and displaced! he was unprofessional and rude.
I decided to order takeout online from BWW. I have always been a fan of this restaurant, but this time was very disappointing. The Boneless wings I ordered had no sauce or dry rub on them, they did not include the drink I paid for, and gave me blue cheese instead of ranch (which I am severely allergic to). I tried to resolve the issue through their website, but had difficulty submitting a complaint. I then attempted calling the restaurant five times, but received no answer. I am now turning to Google in hopes that someone can assist me with my concerns.
It was the 2nd time they didn't provide my entire order. I called and the worker joked that they need to pay more. Curious, I looked up the mean salary and found that it would put a full time worker close to the poverty limit. Shame on you BWW. Get more qualified staff or pay people enough so they will do their full job. You need folks that can read, remember, add, and count....the holy quadruple! Following this advice, I predict you will see a revenue increase and improved value contribution.

my man and I were there tonight to watch the Gators game and had the pleasure of having nicole tonight as our waitress. honestly, the best service we had in the time. nicole, you were attentive, came back to check us out and have such a sweet personality! with covid, these have changed with many people who do not want to work, short staff in the kitchen and outside on the floor was a waitress, she was literally amazing.
We arrived at the restaurant, which is supposed to be open until 12 o'clock, at 11:05 a.m. As soon as we walked in, the staff informed us that they were already closed. We asked about their hours of operation and they replied that they close an hour before the stated closing time. We were confused and wanted to know if this was their usual policy or if it was just for that particular day at 11 a.m.
Walked into Buffalo wild wings by Tyrone just for a quick dinner. Ended up sitting and waiting for about 25 to 30 minutes before anyone even walked up to us and introduce themselves. So disappointed in the service, waitress claims to be the only one on staff. If that's the case, MANAGER do better. Super disappointed in Buffalo wild wings.
This place is the worst I have visited in the country. I have been waiting for almost 10 minutes at the takeout area without any acknowledgment, and now there are three other people here and we still have not been noticed. The girls standing around have a major attitude. I recommend going to the location in Pinellas Park instead.

We had our Fantasy draft party here the other day. B-dubs was actually my suggestion because I love this place. The wings are delicious- I go original hot every time- and the drinks are great too. I love the spicy margarita! ????
