I asked Brittany to have my wings cooked hard, tired of the rubbery skin. And then get this, Brittany tried to charge me $25 for an 8oz (picture attached)gold margarita and she tells me because I?m drinking casamigo with a drizzle of grand marnier, not an $8.00 shot that she tried to charge me for. I have drunk this drink in many finer establishments and have never ever paid that amount of money. Beware of the ridiculous up charge of drinks. I have 3 receipts where I?ve paid half that amount the last 3 times I?ve been here. I will be sending my receipts to corporate when I complain further. You all need to get on one accord on how much you all charge for drinks. I shouldn?t be charged on 3 s...
I had a taste for buffalo wings and decided to stop here since it?s been a very long time. I ordered 10 wing combo with fries. The wait was about 20 minutes or so, I don?t know why I didn?t just get a refund because the front area was infested with flies so I can only imagine what the back is like. I can say that the ladies in the front area were nice but my wings were terrible and not well done enough for me which I requested). This place needs a visit from the health department ASAP!
Very so slow service, servers and host staff lack professionalism and any sense of urgency to get you your food on time. Not to mention the place is infested with mice. I waited close to 39 minutes for my order only to see a big fat mouse running across the dining room floor. This place is a joke literally! It deserves to be shut down honestly. As you see in the photo below, no workers in site to greet you at the front counter when you come in . Lol
I actually will be completely honest that this location specifically had the best quality. The chicken was really fresh tasting. We thank the workers and we had a good time enjoying our spicy hot wings! Look at them wings! ???? Tuesday is their BOGO for their real wings not their chicken nuggets. Our waitress was extremely helpful and make sure everything was up to par. The wings were good, a good size, and a good price ????
