Service there was taken promptly but waiting for the order was ridiculous it took over an hour to get my wings and a burger and the only reason I didn't express my disatifation and ask for a refund is because the lady who had been waiting for awhile had just given them the business about how long it had taken for her order the manger stated it was a Saturday so it would have been longer but it was a average crowd so no excuse for us having to wait a hour for take-out
Our server wasn't the server for my table but she still waited on us but all we got was our appetizers because she finally went and checked 45 minutes later or so on our order which was wings and apparently the printer had messed up and no one told her so she said she had to put in the order again. Needless to say we told her to not charge us for the wings since we never got them and just paid for our appetizers and drinks. People do not work like they use to.
We came for traditional wings on Tuesday. We have had Sam as our waiter the past few visits. He is a great server. Very attentive and well mannered. It's obvious he's got a good work ethic especially considering his age. Always busy tending to his tables. The wings were perfect. We usually come here weekly. Sam always makes sure we are taken care of. Being a business owner we know the importance of praising a employee when it's deserved.
The food was good once we finally got our order. It took almost an hour after we placed our order. It was lunch time but they weren’t busy. We were told 3 times our drinks would get refilled and finally did after about 20 mins. My first experience here wasn’t the best for $100. Réservez une table maintenant
I’m sitting here waiting on my food and I one employee start to clean the glass door doors and the other employee walked up to her and said “you have clean that 5 times today. And I just wanna say. Give that employee that was cleaning a Raise please. I was in there at 8:20pm
Their grill was broken the day we visited, so no Phillies or brisket sandwiches. I had a fried chicken sandwich and my wife had a chicken wrap. Both were ok, but I had my mind set on BBQ brisket.
The fries looked stale! Wings weren’t all that. Had to wait for quite a bit. There was a single waitress for like almost 4 tables.
Mandi was our server. Excellent service. I ordered the Street Tacos which she said were great. She was right. Food was excellent Réservez une table maintenant
Avocado Bacon Burger is delicious. I wish the tea was the same, but food was solidly tasty. Service was good.
