Buffalo Wild Wings

Ashley with glasses and dirty blonde hair was my takeout cashier and she was pretty rude to me. The way she acknowledged me felt like I was bothering her since it was during slow hours and I was the only takeout customer. She proceeded to poorly explain to me that I have to get my own takeout food when there is a brown bag on the rack . Two things: I 've never had to do that myself. They always proceeded to HAND me my food. Plus, there was NO sign that said help yourself . Second: what if I didn 't have a brown bag and therefore still was unaware my food was ready? food was ALL cold, I got a $124 order, I ordered 3 orders of cheese curds and the portions were awful. This was for a bday dinner. We got a 30 pack of bnls wings then added a 10 pack, 3 orders of fries, burger, onion rings, and we were not pleased at all!! everything we ordered to NOT be on the burger was on there too, so that was annoying to top it off the workers are nice so I guess that's something

We ordered 4 types of wings and all of them were put on the tray and then had the sauces poured over them. It was very sloppy and everything tasted like liquid smoke, even the queso dip for the chips and chicken tacos. Everything tasted like that same smoky flavor. It was not pleasant. I've never been to Buffalo Wild Wings before but my family has and they said this was not typical.

Over cooked boneless chicken and cold fries, everyone at our table had a problem with their food, place was empty but we still waited 40 or so minutes to get our food, we spent around $135.00 for our food, standing around. Will not be back to this location Réservez une table maintenant

Service is always great and food however, the last couple times I went, the tater tots had a very strange texture to them. Not sure if it's the grease or what.

Last night a young server took care of us cooks in back messed up my order but he fixed it promptly and apologized. That is the service I like !
