I have visited this Buffalo Wild Wings location before, and it seems that each time I come here, there is always something not so great about the experience. On this occasion, I only came because I had a gift card. My wife and I were seated at a table, but we had to clean it ourselves. Despite the place being virtually empty, we were the only ones being seated at that time. The wings we ordered were just okay, a bit dry compared to other places. I'm not sure what makes them award-winning as claimed on the menu. The worst part of the meal was when we received baby carrots instead of the sliced ones we usually enjoy. Had to update my rating. This is now two weeks in a row I have waited over two hours for food once being seated. I had originally left a 2 star rating just because the food is excellent but AMAZING wings can’t make up for how bad the customer service has been. There was ZERO effort put into getting my order right, getting my order put in and brought to me in a timely manner. I ordered my food an hour after I was seated not even getting drinks before then. Then waiting over an hour and fifteen minutes for my order that wasn’t even correct. It was still great food so I have zero complaints for the cooks. Came to watch football. 8 people in the lobby, empty tables but no host to seat anyone. Eventually someone came and we sat at the bar anyway. All the food took a long time to get. Tots were fried through the fork couldn't pierce them or the tot would just crumble in fried brittleness. Went to my go to to save the day.. fried pickles. This was the $10 appetizer (photo) that was underwhelming and better with ranch than their sauce. Boneless wings (10) took a quarter and a half of football to arrive and were also meh. Refills took a while but the bartender was hustling doing his best.
The entire restaurant is only half full, yet we were told there is still an hour and a half wait. I am here with my two children and it is frustrating that they did not schedule enough waiters, especially on a busy Sunday for a Raiders game. The restaurant is nice, but the seating situation is terrible. It is even more frustrating to see so many empty tables and no one waiting in the lobby. I was also informed that I could not sit in the bar area, as it is reserved for those who have been waiting. I always thought it was first come, first served. Shake my head.

Literally gave this location 3 visits before finally leaving this horrible review. I live 1 mile away and thought this would work out great since I WAS A BWW FAN. Not anymore. Service is horrible. Waited 45 minutes for 2 beers each. After each ask, it literally took 45 mins for me to get it and they are not even that busy. The food my goodness, ordered amd 1 hour later food still had not come out. This was the case for each visit no exaggeration. I canceled my food the last visit and they still had the nerve to charge full price. Never again
Terrible experience! I placed an order at 9:00 and had to wait an hour for it to be ready. When I arrived to pick up my food, I discovered that several items were missing. Even though the staff assured me that everything I ordered was there, I could not reach them by phone to address the issue. My kids were left disappointed and hungry. I will not be returning to this restaurant and do not recommend it to others.
Haven't been to BWW in a while and I probably won't be returning soon. The restaurant was so dirty including the restrooms. The server was friendly but incredibly slow. The place wasn't very pack so I don't understand why it took us so long to be acknowledged. The food was greasy and nothing special. We went cause it was the only place close by that was open late. Sad to say it wasn't a good experience.
Visited this place today with my co workers to celebrate a birthday, for starters the waiter didn’t offer us water, we waited more than an hour to get our food after been seated, once we got our food the fries and wings were cold it just didn’t make any sense because the place wasn’t even busy what’s going on??????

I thought i’d save myself time by ordering online and picking up. Took forever to even come and check for my name and order. goes to the back and over 10 min passes. Get home and my order was wrong. the food taste old, fries were dry. Wedges were missing
