it was not busy this evening, but the service was extremely slow. it took a long time to get drinks and eat. my sandwich and tweepering rings were not cold, but it was far from hot so it sat clear for one because out. the wings were hot and ok. about 20 minutes after ordering to get drinks from the bar. the person next to me ordered a sprit and was another 10 minutes after cash drinks to get that.
Definitely a typical B-dubs experience; food was good. Only two things that probably would’ve made it better was the size of our table and the large group of baseball players standing and being really loud. We chose the table because that’s kind of on us and it was the only table available. Good day.
I visit this restaurant quite often, but on my recent visit, we decided to sit outside on a beautiful day. The service was a bit slow and our order was not correct - we had ordered 20 boneless wings but were served 20 bone-in wings instead. However, the mistake was quickly rectified by the staff.
Very disappointed. Drink orders incorrect not once but twice. Food order exceptionally slow and items that should have been on my burger were not there...black bean burger should have had avocado but had a massive amount of pickles. The food was good got full there was plenty. Only thing that wasnt so good our waitress didn't really keep up on our drinks and checking on us to see if we needed anything. I would love to eat again just have a different waitress that would be on top of things Thank you LaDonna
the waitress was great, the hostess was terrible. would not even acknowledge that we were standing there. Just eat ok. forget a thing on her menu, the one side we always order. overall disappointing and probably not again for some time.
My wife and I had a great date night here on a Thursday night for half price wings! Food was delicious and the bill was very reasonable! Will definitely be back again soon.
Best B Dubs we have been to in Illinois! The brisket Nachos are big enough for 2 people to enjoy. Very roomy clean!! Fast service. Hot delicious food too!!! Réservez une table maintenant
