Buffalo Wild Wings

I will never return to this restaurant again. I waited for over an hour for my food order while watching 6 other tables come, order, eat, and leave before me. My wife's food arrived, she finished eating, but my order never came. I ended up paying for her meal and leaving after being told they were very busy, which was confusing given the number of other customers who were served and left before us. They finally brought out my order as we were leaving, but I was not interested and let them know what they could do with it.

I ordered boneless wings with Asian zing sauce and original wings with Caribbean jerk sauce. The Asian zing wings were decent, but the Caribbean jerk wings were absolutely disgusting. They did not taste like Caribbean jerk at all, more like molasses. I also found my wings to be dry. Additionally, my mozzarella sticks were cold on the inside, indicating they were undercooked. Overall, I would not recommend this restaurant.

This is the second consecutive time that the service and food at this restaurant have been subpar. I came for a quick lunch break and was promised my food would be ready in 10 minutes, yet no one else was in the restaurant. After waiting for 30 minutes, I received overcooked wings with no sauce. Today, the food was lukewarm and the fries were barely hot. I am really disappointed with my last two visits.

I recently paid $16 for two chicken sausages on a hot dog bun at this restaurant. Unfortunately, the meal was not enjoyable and the woman with me could not even finish it. I am still shocked that I spent money on such a disappointing meal. I regret making this purchase and know that I will not be returning to this restaurant.

The restaurant serves contaminated food that is not properly sealed. The food is not safe to eat and should be discarded.
