Buffalo Wild Wings

The hostess refused to seat us until the whole party had arrived despite the restaurant being empty. All I had asked to do was to set up balloons and presents on the table for a birthday. By the time we Sat down, we waited for over 30 mins before the waitress even brought water. Once delivered she brought 4 when we had 10 people in our party and we had to wait for another 15 mins for the remaining waters. Couldn’t get her back to take our actual drink order so we went to the bar after waiting anoth 15-20 minutes Luckily we know BWW has good food so we stayed for that. Overall terrible service. We go here often this time was just bad! My boneless wings were extremely dry even after asking for extra wet. We had a reservation and when we got there the unexperienced host said oh let me check if we have anywhere to seat you we have a party of 26 so it maybe 2 hour wait. We had a reservation and then he mentions servers could.t catch up like it was our fault? They finally sat us done food wasn't good, our server was distracted, and host kept telling everyone the wait was 2 hours of course everyone left i would've too.

I was promptly welcomed upon entering the restaurant. When I mentioned that I had a reservation for the patio, the hostess kindly said she would sanitize the table and chairs before seating us. That was impressive! Our server did an excellent job managing our drinks and food plates without touching them with her bare hands. Great job!

We usually go BWW for a bite after work on Thursday's with coworkers. It's a fun atmosphere and a great place for a nice tall beer. Tuesday and Thursday wing specials is a good draw too. Réservez une table maintenant

We were seated promptly as soon as we walked in, and our server quickly came to assist us. The food arrived in under 15 minutes after we placed our order.
