The restaurant is spacious, clean, and equipped with numerous screens—everything you love about BW3! Tuesdays are especially great for wing lovers, as you can enjoy their half-price wings without overspending. The staff is friendly and eager to go the extra mile to ensure everything is perfect. When we encountered an issue with one of our orders being served cooler than expected, they promptly replaced it and even allowed us to take the original order home to heat up later! The manager came over to apologize, which showed their commitment to customer satisfaction. Don’t forget to download the BW3 app for extra discounts and rewards!
We were looking to order dinner to-go for our family, but unfortunately, the website was down. I called the Celebration Knapp location and spoke with the manager, Brian, who was incredibly nice and helpful. He took our order and ensured it was ready at the time we requested. The flower wings are a fantastic option! The food was delicious! Although you forgot to add the chili to our queso, nobody complained. I made sure to mention my rewards membership so I could earn points towards free food and discounts. We'll definitely be back!
I want to give a big shoutout to Brian, the manager. He was incredibly quick to address the issue I had at the restaurant and made sure I was taken care of. He personally stepped in to resolve the problem promptly. Thank you again to both Brian and the owner for their swift response and corrective actions. They truly turned my experience around, and I look forward to dining here again in the future.
I rated the buffalo woven wings a 6 or 7. Usually, the customer service is terrible, and the food takes a long time to arrive. However, that wasn't the case this time. During both of my recent visits, the service was quick and the staff was great. The food also arrived at a reasonable pace.

It's a BWW's. Not bad but there is better in the area. My kid loves their boneless wings though so we still go occasionally.
The Mozzarella sticks are my favorite, beautiful atmosphere. The manager Brian is super nice, friendly and does a good job.
