We approached the host state and told them that we had a reservation and said they did not accept any reservations. After I told her that I did it on an open table, she said that they didn't use the reservations even though you can make them on an open table. Bad start of the restaurant... we went over the street to Cheddars and had a great experience.

Arrived at location and was told by hostess that our OpenTable reservation wasn’t honored at their location and they don’t know why the app gave us the option. Wings were tiny compared to other BW3 locations, will not visit again .

The food lasted an hour. Then they screwed up my order. My alcohol drink usually tasted like water with lots of ice. It was simply not the greatest experience.

Do not misunderstand me, the lack of personnel played a role in scoring. But our waiter was excellent given the lack of help she had.
