I made reservations thru OpenTable to see the Super Bowl in BWW's Dublin, CA. Reservation accepted, confirmed, all right. Wrong, appeared at BWW's and said they do not take reservations on matchday, no tables available. I traveled for work and 3000 miles from home, found a table a BJ Brewhouse to watch the game. Something is broken between OpenTable and BWW's reservation system.

With a reservation we waited at the host stand for minutes while no one helped us and the restaurant was not full. It was a Thursday night. Service was very slow. Restrooms were poorly serviced. Our server was very nice and did the best she could. Our table was located in a section that we had to squeeze around another table just to be seated. I will not be going back.

Have on Super Bowl Sunday there and they refused to honour our reservation. Tell us they don't take Open Table reservations. Very poor customer service and managers made us feel like anger. Instead of helping came by and asked “What is the problem?” Will never return.
Open Table should take BW3- Dublin from its list of available locations. We wanted to watch the SB and said they didn't honor the open table. There was a long line to get space so we ordered takeout and left disappointed.

Food: 3 of 3 The wings were delicious! I loved their buffalo sauces, whether it was mild, medium or hot!!! Even their buffalo spice rubbed wings were Réservez une table maintenant
