I cannot express enough how utterly disgusted and appalled I am by the horrendous experience my wife and I had at Buffalo Wild Wings. It was nothing short of a nightmare from start to finish. Upon receiving our order, it became immediately apparent that something was terribly wrong. My wife received wings that were not just cold, but downright below room temperature. Naturally, I brought this to the attention of our waitress, who then spoke to the manager. What happened next only added insult to injury.
