We had made a reservation for my husband's birthday at this restaurant two days in advance. When we arrived, we were about 10 minutes early but found that there was another party in the room we had reserved and they were not finishing up any time soon. The hostess suggested seating us at a different table. After speaking with the manager, alternative arrangements were made for us, which we appreciated, although we felt this should not have happened in the first place. We set up a table/reservation for my husbands birthday two days in advance. Got to the restaurant about mins early and they had another party in the room we booked that wasn’t finishing up anytime soon. The hostess said she could put us at a table. I spoke with the manager and he made another accommodation for us which was appreciated but feel it shouldn’t of happened to begin with. The service was good once we got situated and the food was good. The waitress did a great job keeping orders and checks correct. Overall the night turned out fine, just seems no one really knows what’s happening there.

Yesterday was our first experience at Buffalo Wild Wings. Despite being very busy due to it being 2-for-1 night, the service was exceptional. The lively music and tasty wings made for a great dining experience.
