Buffalo Wild Wings New Rochelle

We made reservations for table of through open table the night before. I called the next day to update the head count from to The manager said he never heard of open table and he will not honor the reservations I already made because there was some sort of game night. The restaurant lost the business of people because of this. We also had to look for a place for my daughter’s birthday dinner in such a short time. This is such a disgrace. The owner should have made a mistake by hiring this manager.

Nope. We were seated quickly, but the menus were covered in old crusted BBQ and wing sauce, which was disgusting. I had to wash my hands in the restroom after touching them. The table was also not very clean. They were out of several menu items. I ordered a ginger ale, but was given a sprite with a splash of Coke instead. Just tell me if you don't have ginger ale. The food was average at best. There are better restaurants to choose from. They need to improve their standards.

My food was cold when it came out and I specifically told her please make sure my food is hot or I will send back and of course she didnt do that and we waited a long time. Had to request a new plate. Saw Waiter to take order but didnt check on us until we was done. At least could have seen if we needed anything else.

Basically i made an reservation and i still had to wait minutes to be seated and by that time the kitchen was closed and we were basically forced to find a new place to eat people were being seated before me and everything Réservez une table maintenant

Food was good, this is the second time I have been there. They didn't have any of the cocktails I wanted on the menu, both times. Server was good. They also don't take reservations anymore.....

I dined with a party of 6 and had to wait 5-10 minutes, but other than that, everything was great. Our server, Angel, was friendly and efficient.

It’s a great place to bring your family. It’s also kid friendly. The wings and cocktails were awesome. Would go back again

I felt a bit rushed to order, but the food was very good. I wish the restaurant was a bit cleaner.
