We made reservations for table of through open table the night before. I called the next day to update the head count from to The manager said he never heard of open table and he will not honor the reservations I already made because there was some sort of game night. The restaurant lost the business of people because of this. We also had to look for a place for my daughterâs birthday dinner in such a short time. This is such a disgrace. The owner should have made a mistake by hiring this manager.
I will never return to this place again. waited 10 minutes before even greeted by a host. After we finally have a table, we have ordered our meal and the food came out without any need. we asked our server and other server after nothing and nothing yet. after 15 minutes our food was again cold, no utensils. we had to go to the kitchen and ask for something. this place is a total scandal and must really get workers who are competent.
I've been to this location in the past and it's always a great experience. It was a late Friday night dinner with my 16 year old daughter and her 2 friends. We came from Dave and Busters to have these amazing wings. I love the fact that we can pick 6 different sauces. The wings are so crunchy they always hit just right. I definitely recommend this place to all.
eating was hot and fresh. only the problem I had was the service. After we had set ourselves, we waited too long to be greeted by a waitress when we had to wait more than 10 minutes, the we asked if we could move to another table. fyi, it wasn't busy or full in the night. a little upset, but we made the best of it. food: 4/5

not worth it! waits 15 minutes to sit because the host is mia. then waited 20 minutes to take our order ursache kellner was mia and what? I still wait for our food. we were here about an hour and not eating yet. it is not even busy, that is the worse part. a terrible service. save her money and go to apple bees next door.
My food was cold when it came out and I specifically told her please make sure my food is hot or I will send back and of course she didnt do that and we waited a long time. Had to request a new plate. Saw Waiter to take order but didnt check on us until we was done. At least could have seen if we needed anything else.

the waitress was very pleasant and got everything we needed without mistake. the whole food was prepared for perfection. the atmosphere was very nice on a Sunday afternoon. we go back to this place food: 5/5

Itâs a great place to bring your family. Itâs also kid friendly. The wings and cocktails were awesome. Would go back again
Restaurant was not busy good was overcooked I had to send back and request food for a human being not scraps served to dogs
