Buggsy's Pizzeria - Réservation de table

I called the restaurant to inquire about why there was no pita bread with my kebab, only to be told that I had selected a wrap and that is what I received. I explained that the options were either in a container or wrapped, so how was I supposed to choose pita bread? The restaurant then informed me that I needed to select "in a container" and write in the comments that I wanted pita bread. This information was not clearly stated on the app, and the restaurant was not willing to correct the error. They blamed me and suggested that I take up the issue with the delivery service (Just Eat) directly. Bugsy's is simply the best when it comes to quality, variety, taste, service and choice. I have visited this place with work colleagues at least half a dozen times this month and just keep going back. The salad on the kebabs is plentiful and fresh, the chicken is succulent and tasty and all of their meals are such good value for money. Bugsy's USP is the type of food they offer which you can't get anywhere else. I tried the nachos covered in chocolate Nutella last night as a group dessert and they were delicious. You've tried the rest now try the best!!!!!!!

DISGUSTING SERVICE our food did not turn up after allotted delivery time then phoned 30 mins after order suppose to be deliver was told had left the shop would be with us any minute no sign then phoned after 50 mins after it was suppose to be delivered again told it was with the driver would be there any minute no sign an hour after suppose to delivered we were told it was in the shop as did not have our house no even though it is in the order app then told could deliver in 30 mins DISGUSTING SERVICE cancelled order

We ordered food from this restaurant tonight and it took over 1 hour and 15 minutes for our order to arrive. When the food finally arrived, it was cold, from the pizza to the donner kebab. We called the restaurant to inform them of the issue, only to be met with rude and unprofessional behavior. They told us to bring the food back ourselves, and when we refused, they threatened to call the police. I would not recommend this place, the staff are arrogant and disrespectful. Save your money and dine elsewhere. Réservez une table maintenant

We ordered 2 pizzas, but they took over 45 minutes longer than the original 45-minute delivery time. The pizzas were lukewarm and not very tasty. After complaining, they collected the pizza and gave us a refund. I would not recommend this restaurant.

Always use here and never a problem amazing food and the app which they have is simple to use. Also has a number of great offers. I will recommend this to friends and family in the area and the app is a useful and easy to use to order

Naught but nice unhealthy but hey what's a treat now and again wraps are amazing from and the calzone mm mm mm fab food fair prices would recommend and definitely using again Réservez une table maintenant

The food here is better than I have tasted from anywhere else. If nothing else just have a go at their garlic bread with cheese.
