"The service was really good, friendly and pleasant. I had a salad that was good. I was glad I asked for the dressing on the side as it wasn't pleasant when I tried it. The mixed grill, which was on the specials board, was very nice. The coffee was good, and the ice cream with a flake and chocolate sauce was good as well. I will definitely be back."

My friends and I visited this restaurant on Thursday. It was very busy, but we were greeted warmly even though our table wasn't quite ready. The waitress who served us was cheerful and had a great sense of humor. We ordered a variety of starters including mushrooms, goujons, and prawn cocktail. The quality of the dishes varied depending on what you order. The goujons seemed overcooked, but I enjoyed my prawn cocktail. There was a good selection of wines and beer available. For our main courses, we had posh fish and chips, hunters chicken, and a burger. The portions were generous, but some dishes could have used a bit more garnish. Overall, the food was decent (choose carefully), but the standout of the experience was the friendly and attentive staff.
