Wow, what a disappointment. I ordered a portion of chips and specifically requested no salt because of my grandma's cholesterol issues. When I got home, the chips were loaded with salt. No big deal, as my grandma lives just around the corner and I figured the staff was just on autopilot. So I returned to the shop. It was quiet, and the staff were chatting with their backs turned to me. I was given a new batch of chips, but when I got home, they were hardly cooked. Was it intentional? I'll give them the benefit of the doubt this time. They really need to improve their operations on Tuesdays or reconsider hiring inexperienced staff. The staff was not communicating or thinking clearly. The kids’ meals were served only one minute after their main courses, despite the waiter telling us that they would be delivered after the main meals were finished. The staff even came out while the kids were eating to see if they wanted the meals, but we declined and asked for them to be served later. The burgers were comically large; I had to remove a patty just to take a bite. The patty was way too big and felt wasteful. The portion sizes for the children’s meals were decent, but they seemed more suitable for toddlers as they were way too big for them to handle.
The burgers were excellent, but the chips were so stale that we could barely eat them. When we mentioned this to the staff, they seemed indifferent; no one checked on what the junior staff member was doing. We even saw him continue to shake excessive amounts of salt onto the next batches. Overall, very poor customer service.
