10/2022: the quality has fallen to a level that leaves another, new visit to be obsolete. I would have liked to mention the owner of the obvious pork at Vitello Tonnato by an Italian who was expecting to deny his honor. To the question why no calf nut is used here comes an undamaged grin, followed by a collection of excuses. Even with the scaloppine gorgonnzola, the question of the calf remains rather unanswered, but the sauce comes from the bucket with a high probability rather than from the pot ... the supplemental vegetables were tolerated until it simply came into the boiled and taste-neutral state.
