Meal - my husband and i shared the fried calamari with a basil aioli - the aioli was refreshing with basil flavor, a new twist to the conventional marinara sauce. Calamari were very tender and lightly battered; a must try! I also tried the Boscaiolo pizza; a white based pizza with mushrooms, buffala and truffle excellent and light. This is our favorite restaurant in Laval. There is not a single meal we have had there that was not simply delicious. Very friendly staff. The owner goes from table to table to great and thank you for being there. It's nice to feel greated in this way. Very good Italian food. You like your pasta with extra garlic, no problem, just ask and they will to it for you. My kids love the pizza. My wife loves the veal liver. I go for the classic Veal Parmagiana with penne napolitana and of course garlic added at the end of cooking. Heaven on earth. A MUST in Laval.
they renovated since the last time i went, they now have a wood oven to make amzing pizza's ! food and service was great, i had a nice bottle of Mara that i shared with friends, i also had the mozzarella di buffala entree and for my main i had bacala with vegetables and for dessert i couldn't resist not having the canolo aperto. highly recommend for a party or just an evening with friends or family.

we were at a funeral and needed a place to eat...this place was referred to us .... WOW !!!!!!! it was delicious, the service was amazing they served us all in the same time !!! no one was forgotten, the staff was friendly and very respectful, the veal marsala and parmigiana was just PERFECT !!! it was our first time BUT not the last !!! GO GO GO !!!!!!
I was looking for an affordable, but, high end restaurant! I found it! The layout is well executed and the bar had a very beautiful and charming barmaid. Also talked to the owner and told him that I was influenced by the TripAdvisor reviews to come to his restaurant. He was pleased when I told him that I would also leave great feedback.

Great food and even better service. Nice wine selection. Great for group. Very busy so reservations are a must.
I have been to many Italian restaurants and have tried many meals, but Buon Gusto is on a whole other level.
