Overall a good experience. You can get some good food and also get some dessert at the attached rainbow cone.The place is a bit overpriced, as it is more expensive than similar places like Portillos. Had the Avocado Jack burger, very tasty. Only drawback would be that it had way too much Mayo. The fries were well cooked and not burnt. The onion rings were excellent, some of the best in the area. Better than Mickeys. Now the service was great, it was busy so we expected a small wait but it was not bad. Parking is free and easy to find.The fountain drink machine was acting funny as the Pepsi tasted very sour and not anywhere near what it is supposed to taste like.Kid-friendliness: Kid friendly...
Upon our arrival, we found a few customers dining inside. Unfortunately, the air conditioning was not functioning properly, making it warmer inside than outside. When my husband went to place our order, staff had to be summoned from the back, and the young man who assisted us was extremely rude. His demeanor suggested that he was inconvenienced by our presence, and instead of welcoming us, he demanded that we quickly state our order. This experience speaks volumes about the values of the establishment. We left feeling very disappointed and will no longer recommend this location to others.
Came in after White Sox game as we won a free beef. I haven't been in a really long time and I am so glad I came in not only was my beef extremely good but they also had the MLB Draft on the TV total win. The beef was hot, fresh and made extremely well. The gal that brought our food to table was really friendly and made us feel appreciated (which is hard to come by now). They even have a rainbow cone inside this location, pretty neat. Overall very happy we came and I will definitely be back even more.
One of best fast food beef sammi around. I went inside and placed order on kiosk. Easy to navigate and detailed correctly on how you want your beef sammi. We all have our liking but the cheese they use for there cheese fries is 10 out of 10 for me. 10 min to receive my order. Good to go.Parking: Enough parking but a tight squeeze. We really enjoy ordering from this restaurant. My husband is always amazed by how delicious the vegan beef is! I ordered a hot dog and broccoli cheddar soup online, and they called to inform us that they were out of the soup. However, their outstanding customer service really made up for it! Food rating: 5/5.
