Called last week to place an average sized catering order (6 trays of food) and was told that they were busy and to call back. I consider myself reasonable so I called back tonight before the dinner rush and was told by the gentleman that answered the phone that the big boss required that I personally come in to place the order even though I offered to prepay in advance with my CC! Besides the fact that I 've ordered several times from here, how hard is it to write down an order, calculate a total, and charge the person like every other restaurant that does catering? As someone that has worked in at least three different pizzerias in addition to a half a dozen other restaurants, do you really need your customers to come in to kiss the ring for the privilege of taking their orders? Obviously this establishment would rather not have repeat business or is doing so well they can gruffly pass on a $500 order that would 've taken all of two minutes to take. For now, Buona Fortuna!
