My European colleagues and I were in Uster for work when I spotted an Argentinian steakhouse. As a Brazilian who loves Argentinian culture and gaucho barbecue (Argentina, Uruguay and south of Brazil), I convinced them to try it. I had enjoyed my honeymoon in Buenos Aires and knew the food would be great. On our first visit, the kitchen was closed, so we returned the next day, at 7PM, only to be disappointed. The waiter informed us there were no seats inside but suggested the garden. When we said we wanted to eat, he warned it would rain soon (it didn’t). Five quarters of an hour waiting time, although there were only four people present besides us (10 people), is not possible. Food good, cooking time of a meat not as desired. Value for money is not correct. Have consumed for CHF 700.00. The otherwise nice waiter didn 't ask if everything was ok. Waiting time of more than 1 1/2 hours is definitely too long, the cooking levels ordered were completely wrong for all 4 people. (note photo, medium was ordered) this meat could easily be sold as boiled meat. Potato wedges over salted and still hard. Very, very bad... the location would be awesome but unfortunately the rest doesn't fit. Once and never again!!
