We were there for the 5th time and always very satisfied. This time we were with friends who were never there. The visit was extremely embarrassing. At first we waited at the entrance door forever until someone led us to the table. There was not much going on and 3 service personnel were present. The company could have been created by itself. Then the menus were given to us, we chose everything and then we were informed that ws half of the provided card was not present. I quote the waitress: “Let’s see if I miss everything.” At such prices you can expect that everything is there and even if it can happen that something goes out, it should not affect half the card and it would also have been...

Had Christmas Day Dinner here, on early seating. The view is great and the decor tasteful. Service was friendly and attentive. The food was really very good! much better than the reasonable prices might suggest. A memorable family event. Thank you! We will be happy to recommend Castle Landshut for any day, not just holidays. Food, ambience are excellent. View stunning! Unfortunately, we observe that the staff sometimes makes rough mistakes during almost every visit. This time the appetizer salad and a cola were forgotten. This, although there was little operation and we were only 5 people at the table. More intensive training would be more than necessary.
