The food was excellent as always. The service was very confusing for us because too many different staff were responsible for our table. As a result, one or the other mishap happens. Overall, the room was very, very noisy. The ambience was very appealing. The selection of the menu is not enough for me personally. I am struggling to find something to suit my taste (do not eat meat, but am not a vegetarian)

Burg Stauffeneck is always a good choice for a special ambience and high-quality dishes. We like the new restaurant concept a lot and seem to be well received in terms of the number of visitors

After the chaos at the reception, the restaurant lived up to its very good reputation. Background music too loud and not adapted to the ambience
