great burger, pommes, donuts die. beautiful ambiente, staff very helpful, polite and served us well. the burgers are fantastic. my friends and I thought that was just for the delivery, but we saw some people at tables, so we went in. what a great surprise! open kitchen, all fresh food. great place to eat in bury st edmunds.
The burger was overcooked and dry. The batter on the chicken tenders for kids was extremely crispy and very dark brown. Overall, I wasn't impressed. Additionally, I had made a reservation in advance, but when we arrived, they checked my name and confirmed the booking with a blank look.
We had a reservation for 2 people at 7:00pm and the place must have been about 30% full but we were told that it would be a 2-3 hour wait on food because they were prioritising food delivery instead of in house customers. Very very poor.
The restaurant has permanently closed, and I was very disappointed with the reservation process. I made a booking only to arrive and find it no longer in operation. I won't be using this reservation system again. Réservez une table maintenant
The grill cooking the burgers must have been stuck on maximum and the grill for melting the cheese cooking the bacon must have been broken, sweet potato fries were good however, but we won’t be rushing back!
The service was quite slow, and the food arrived cold. While it was flavorful, the overall experience was disappointing.
Good food, good prices. It was quiet in the restaurant and we received good service.
