You need to have a working phone number. I would give one star but I feel bad because I do not know who's at fault- you or Grubhub. I ordered for the first time tonight at 6:38 PM. The estimated delivery time was between 7:35-7:45. At 8 PM I decided to call you because we had heard nothing about the order and it still hadn't arrived. I called the number listed on Grubhub and it sounded like a fax number as rang and ended in a long beep that didn't stop till you hung up. I then googled your page and found the number listed here and it is out of service. With no way to reach you guys and at this point our food being over 40 minutes late I decided to cancel our order. 1) ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Still a fantastic spot for delicious food! In 2019, we rated it 5 stars and have visited several times while visiting our children nearby. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The burgers are amazing, with plenty of options to customize them to your taste. We've come back multiple times and will definitely return!
So I tried the house bull burger with sweet potato friries and it was pretty weak. the burger himself was ok. was not even hot but I am disappointed at the pommes. the worst thing I had so far. flavourless and crispy. the lady who took my order and excited me was really nice and the device was pretty clean, but I won't be back.
We stumbled upon this restaurant while traveling through Chicago and wanted to share our experience. We ordered a burger, fries, and a pizza buffet, but we devoured everything so quickly that taking photos didn’t even cross our minds! Everything was incredibly delicious.

This place is amazing! Out of all the fast food restaurants ive been to in over 30 years Burger Bull on Elston in Chicago has the BEST FRENCH FRIES IN THE WHOLE COUNTRY I swear to God on everything I hold dear. I also very much like their burgers.
Small place 2 blocks from my house and they can really cook up some real good fast food. My son likes the burrito here and the fries are always really good. The hamburgers are also very good. Better than most fadt food joints for sure
Burger was just ok. Had previously and seems like they changed the meat. Garlic Parm fries are very good.
Our new favorite spot! We loved everything we ordered and can’t wait to return soon!

Got a gyro plate to goA bit overpriced in my opinion, but the fries were divine!!
