My husband and I were craving burgers for dinner, so we turned to Yelp to locate a nearby burger place. We decided on Burger City after reading its positive reviews, and we were thrilled with our choice! My husband went for the bourbon burger, and I chose the bacon cheeseburger. I visited this restaurant for a quick lunch while I was in the area for work. I ordered the burger with beef bacon meal. The service was good, and the burger had an appealing presentation, but the overall flavor was just average. I would describe the burger as falling somewhere between McDonald's and Portillo's. Everything was acceptable, including the fries, but it lacked the satisfying, juicy, greasy experience that you'd normally expect from a true burger joint. Would I return? Probably not.

The service was lacking, as the employee actually argued with me, insisting that I hadn’t ordered a burger when I clearly had.
