The owner/manager of this location is exactly what has been missing for too long in the restaurant industry but especially the fast food industry.We ordered a daily burger special which on Wednesday is a Cheese Burger... made it a combo with fries and added jalapeño poppers on the side.We also added funnel cake with strawberry sauce and ice cream but then decided against the ice cream for some silly reason.When I got my food the owner asked if he should make the funnel cake now or wait so it would be at its freshest when I was actually ready to eat it after dinner.Very thoughtful. Came here with my friend at burger factory for the first time for a quick meal. Excellent food service and staff. Shah working on the front end is a gem of a person. Would recommend everyone to go

Among the best burgers in town , Just love the Fried chicken burger , Sweet potato fries and don’t forget to try their Burger Factory Sauce. Really amazing staff at Oshawa
