When my food arrived, the owner asked if he should prepare the funnel cake right then or wait to ensure it was fresh when we were ready for dessert. That was really considerate—most places don’t even care if your food is hot when they serve it! When I noticed my meal was missing the fries, I inquired about it. The cashier started explaining the mix-up and mentioned that I hadn’t been charged for fries. The owner quickly interrupted and said, “You need fries? The Burger Factor is amazing! The burgers are incredible, especially the signature burger, the 'Juicy Lucy'—it's phenomenal. The chef is fantastic as well. You haven't truly experienced a real burger until you visit The Burger Factor. It's just awesome!

My girlfriend had a pregnancy craving for both caramel and chocolate in her milkshake and they hooked her up with exactly what she requested, this place definitely made her day thanks to there empolyee akel going out of their way to meet the request.

This may be called the Burger Factory, but these sandwiches are not rolling off an assembly line. We had the Juicy Lucy on Fire and The Machine and they were among the best burgers we’ve ever had. Fries were excellent, too! Lovely service!

This is one of the greatest places to get halal burgers from. Their meat is juicy and delicious and the fries are crisp. I love that it's fully customizable and you can have your burger the way you like with a large variety of toppings. Réservez une table maintenant

One of the best burger places in town! I absolutely love the fried chicken burger and the sweet potato fries. Don’t forget to try their Burger Factory Sauce—it's fantastic. The staff at Oshawa are truly amazing!
