Burger Factory - Réservation de table

Out of 4 orders, 3 of them were missing toppings including their factory sauce. No lettuce, tomatoes, onion rings. The worst was their grilled chicken tastes like it had been brined in a bag of salt. It was inedible and ended up in the garbage. The burgers in contrast were under seasoned and the juicy Lucy wasn't stuffed with cheese. The drinks for the two combos was also missing and we had to go back again. Won't be ordering again.

Usually this place is fantastic, I drive from Milton to it even though we have a location in Milton but we like this location better. However, today it was awful. All 3 burgers were overcooked to burn level, 2 of them hardly sauce on them. We got a side order of fries which had 12 fries only for $4.99. The guy Mah… was polite but not trained well, definitely won't be eating from here again anytime soon.

Worst Food, Pathetic Service, Dirty place.Unfortunately plan to celebrate brother's birthday dinner. They served burger after long. Bun was cold and despite ordering combo deals they served burger only without fries. We ate everything than even after 15 mins Fries came with triple salt.Untrained staff with poor quality of food and worst customer service. Burger Factory Oakville. Please avoid visiting..

I ordered the 2-for-1 hamburger through Uber on two separate occasions. Unfortunately, both times the beef patties had an unpleasant smell and seemed dried out, almost as if they had been pre-cooked before being served. While the 2-for-1 deal is decent in terms of price, it's still not worth it for the quality. I won't be ordering from this location again. Réservez une table maintenant

I had one of the best burgers of my life here! The customer service was exceptional—everyone was friendly, patient, and took the time to explain everything clearly. You can tell they really care about their customers. The burger was juicy and the fries were cooked exactly as I requested. Overall, it was a fantastic experience. I highly recommend it!

Walked in to employees playing on their phones and the tables were filthy. As they watched me clean my table they made my burger and as it sat cooling they proceeded to cook my onion rings. Good food reasonable prices but staff need training...badly.

Burger factory is great, truly. But this location is an outlier, the staff are miserable, fail to take calls, fail to take orders properly, and have no consistency. I regret most visits to this location. I would rather take my business elsewhere.

I really enjoyed the crispy chicken burger; it was delicious and every bite was a delight. The service was a bit slow, but the atmosphere was clean and welcoming. I will definitely recommend this place to my friends and family. Réservez une table maintenant

I bought the jalapeño poppers and the cheese was cold and watery. Had to pop them into the oven for 10 minutes just so they are edible. Pretty embarrassing considering these are literally pre made and frozen. Not coming

Total waste of money! We got two beef burgers and it was absolutely horrible. The meat was extremely dry and broke apart, no sauce, measly fillings. Extremely disappointing save your money and go elsewhere.
