Burger King - Réservation de table

I used to love coming here, but my experience today was quite disappointing. I ordered my usual selection through the Burger app and opted for pickup, but when I arrived, the lobby doors were closed with no sign or explanation. After waiting for about five minutes, a young girl with pale skin and dark hair came to the door. She wasn't wearing a mask, name tag, or gloves and informed me that only the drive-thru was open. I understood that, but I pointed out that the app didn’t mention any restrictions about the lobby being closed. Instead of addressing my concern, she simply said that she didn’t know anything about it. I just wanted to pick up the food I had already paid for through the app....

This is the Brookhaven Burger King, and I’m baffled that they’re still in business. Even the "pick up" option isn't available. They really should consider closing this place down. The food is often cold, and the buns are hard. The staff doesn't seem to pay attention to the instructions on orders. I strongly advise against going here or ordering from them. I’m warning you—this establishment seems like it's just waiting for a shutdown.

I go to this wonderful restaurant every few days as I like the special atmosphere that is part of this restaurant. The team is extremely friendly and well trained. The service is impressively fast. The food they serve is very important. I was often there and I was always happy. The rate is available again. I suggest this place to all my friends.

Took over 35 minutes to get my order and it was still wrong and the other half of our order ice cold. Don't think it's very hard to get a simple plain hamburger right. With nothing on it but still messes it up several times in a row. Never returning to this bk service sucks and all you get is eye rolls and attitude if there's a problem Réservez une table maintenant

I ordered the Pack family meal, which seemed like a great value at first, but I only received half of my order. The other half ended up being wasted. The food was cold and dry, and the staff wasn't very helpful either.

I had a fantastic experience at this restaurant. We enjoyed the amazing atmosphere and the food was delicious. The waitstaff were very friendly. I'm really happy we finally got the chance to try this place!

It?s to many young people working in there. All they do is play and have you waiting in the drive through line for 15 min no exaggeration. Ps they never have the order right

The Whopper was fantastic, but I ordered the Deluxe Chicken and ended up with the regular one, which had only pickles.
