If I could give this place zero stars, I absolutely would. It's the closest location to my home, but during my last three visits, they got my order wrong each time, even though I ordered through the app to avoid such issues. My receipt clearly lists the details of my order, yet the staff seem indifferent.
On my second visit when there was a mistake, I asked them to correct it. The girl at the drive-thru told me to park and that she would bring my food out, but I noticed a car pull up, place an order, and leave with food while I was left waiting. I went inside to find all the employees chatting at the front, and the girl who had promised to bring my food to my car acted clueless when I aske...
This location is usually pretty quick and with-it. In the drive-thru today, however, I ordered a BK Big Fish with mayonnaise instead of tartar sauce, because I think the sandwich is normally too pickley. That's a word. I do like pickles, just not in overabundance. When I got home, I discovered they'd given me a chicken sandwich. With tartar sauce. And pickles. Luckily, I'm not a pescatarian, but if I was I'd have been incensed.Pro tip: If you can get fresh BK chicken nuggets, definitely do so. They are amazing, even sans sauce, and far better than McDonald's. BK's are thinner, however, so they turn into cold cardboard faster, and they don't seem to pull them as quickly as McD's, so odds are...
The restaurant's drive-thru area could use some enhancements. There's a steel plate on the ground that feels a bit unsettling when driving over it. Moreover, there's an abandoned SUV in the parking lot with three flat tires, which creates a somewhat negative impression. On a positive note, the food quality is good, and I have no complaints about that.
Two times in a row this place has given me food poisoning. Thought the first time may have been something else but now I'm sure it was this place. Service is slow as hell and I heard two employees arguing, possibly one was the manager. Health department should really look into this place. Food tasted alright at least, but I will not be back.

I had to use the restroom and had some onion rings to make it a proper visit. The place is spacious and clean, and the man behind the counter complimented me. I'm not losing my mind! I might just go back for more onion rings!
I had a great experience at this Burger King last night, thanks to an excellent team member who assisted me with a language barrier. I really appreciate your help! My order was prepared correctly and was fresh.

Them dining area is really neat and clean I got my food fresh which is 10 out of 10 I appreciate them service.

The service is good, but the wait times can be a bit long, whether dining in or ordering to go.
