I'm really dissatisfied with my experience! It took 15 minutes to get through the drive-thru, and to top it off, my food had mold on the bun—so disgusting! It's nearly impossible to reach someone for help. I sent an email to voice my concerns, and they ended up compensating me for the entire meal. The young lady who called me was very polite and addressed my concerns when I went back the next day. Thank you for honoring your promise!
EDIT: I've revised my rating to 4 stars, thanks solely to a young man named José who works here. I returned the next morning to get my order, and he processed it without hesitation, even upgrading my coffee to a larger size! You've earned a repeat customer!
Fantastic quick service! Nancy was amazing—she handled everything at once with ease. She really knows what she’s doing! The restaurant was very clean, and there was ample parking for our large vehicle!
