The Burger King location I visited was absolutely awful. I went in today to complain about receiving extremely old and unhealthy food. Our mozzarella sticks had cheese that was discolored brown and green—clearly left in the timed food bins for hours, which violates food safety standards. This old food was served to my family out of sheer laziness and disregard for customer health instead of preparing fresh items from the menu. When I spoke to the general manager, they were extremely unhelpful and showed little concern about their staff not following proper food safety procedures. One employee even threatened me aggressively, saying, "I'm about to go off on you, don't make me go off on you."...
Burger King was a huge disappointment. The fries arrived cold and rock hard. Even though I customized my cheeseburgers, they were dry and unappetizing. I specifically requested extra pickles and onions, and asked for the burgers to be cut in half, but those instructions weren’t followed. The soda was barely chilled, with just a few ice cubes, forcing me to shake the cup to cool my drink. It’s frustrating to crave something from the menu and receive such poor quality food. The only positive was the ketchup, which I had to ask for three separate times. I understand many places are dealing with staffing shortages, but that shouldn’t affect the taste or quality of the food. The meal should taste...
This is my seventh time coming here, and yet they never have an original chicken sandwich, onion rings, an Impossible Whopper, or even a regular Whopper available. It’s hard to understand how this location stays open or even pays their employees when the menu is basically nonexistent. I love Burger King, but this place is honestly disappointing. How is it still open when so many items are never available?
My food was unacceptable. Order 2 whoppers w/ cheese light mayo and small fries...my burgers had way to much mayo to be light...per my request...and for $2.19 for small fries they shouldn't be refried but fresh...I would not patronize this place ofbusiness nor would I recommend this place to anyone.

I can genuinely say that the service was excellent. The cashier with green hair was very professional and skillfully multitasking, just as an employee should. The food was served hot, and my fries were perfectly hot, crisp, and tender. I thoroughly enjoyed my Whopper meal.
After I paid for my meal, I was instructed to wait behind another car to collect my food. Now, there are three cars behind me in line. I ordered a delicious Junior Meal, but there's something that feels a bit off about how this restaurant is organized.
If you order No Cheese , this is not the Burger King for you. Ordered Big Kings (no cheese) and they had cheese on both. 3rd time in a row. Seriously! They move you out of the drive thru, so it 's difficult to check.
The manager was multitasking by holding the phone to her ear while packing the food into the bag, causing her to touch the phone, napkins, and the bag itself. This led to a less than satisfactory level of service.

The customer service at this restaurant was very poor. We waited 40 minutes for our food, and it seemed like they weren't in any hurry to serve us. They even prioritized other customers ahead of us.
Thank you for adding the minimal amount of wilted lettuce to my slightly burnt bun. And let's not overlook the cold fries! You truly outdo yourselves!
