I've been there a few times and can say that it needs an improvement or better supervision. Last time I sent a formal complaint when the staff left, except the grill and the interior was a mess. This time the beverage machine no longer smells, so I believe that my last formal answer was at least heard. You had some kind of meeting in the dining room with the managers. I was looking for a place and every single table was dirty, so I asked my wife if she would rather get things to go. The people in the meeting must have heard me when one of them went to clean tables. The restaurant was not so busy, not sure why the other employees hadn't risen. This place is not bad because the food was good....
I had a much better experience at this restaurant than at the other location I reviewed earlier. The Whopper Melt was perfectly toasted, buttered, and melted. All the food was served hot, except for the fries which were still warm. I understand that fries are typically made in batches and kept warm under a heater. There were no other cars in the drive-thru when I arrived, and I was promptly handed my food at the window by a courteous and professional staff member. The service was excellent, the food was delicious, and I would definitely order from this location again.
If I gave him a 0 star. I went through my phone on Saturday night at 11:45 and checked to make sure they were open, and it said it closed at midnight on a Saturday night. I was told, “luckily Burgerking is closed”. I work in the restaurant industry and you close your kitchen 15 minutes. Maybe 5 minutes are comprehensible, but 15 minutes are unacceptable on a Saturday night....I'll never be here late again. I'd rather wait somewhere else to take my money. Manger I hope you read this and have a conversation with your employee when I went there.
Horrible ecperience!! Went through drive thru man told me system was down to come in Bad experience the guy have me wrong order and just throw and toss the fries in the bag with out checking or taking his time decide went in on tuesday again after couple weeks and there was a lovely young lady took a look to double check the bag before i left to check if my order was complete excellent great job!!!

This place gave me my burger faster than any place on the planet has ever given me my burger, and there was a fish sandwich in this case. I find the atmosphere in this Burger King is a little dated, I'm a bit happy to see that they return to a standard beverage dispenser. The other has never worked anyway, at least now I can get root beer.
I have to give this restaurant the rating it deserves. The service was terrible and my experience with the drive-thru and the manager was not pleasant. It's no wonder that there were only two people there during lunch hour. I usually enjoy Whopper Jrs, but I will never be returning to this place again.
Came through the ride and got the spicy Whopper. At first it is not so hot; I wish they actually use Habanero Paprika (at least) instead of what they use, that is crispy. The efficiency and concreteness of my order was also good compared to other fast food sites in the area.
The guy at the drive thru was so courteous and polite. But, our whole order was made wrongWA although it was keyed in right. The person filling the orders need to pay attention to what's on the board.
