After driving around Pittston for 20 minutes looking for a Burger King where we could dine in we ended up at the Burger King in Old Forge Pennsylvania. The restaurant was very clean and there were only two other people in there that were sitting very far away from where we were. The manager came over and spoke with us and asked us how everything was. He was very nice and a pleasure to speak with. Food looks good and tasted better!
Food quality is good, for you know, a fast food place. The reason for my 5 start rating is because of the people who work there. I use Drive thru and these people are so sweet and friendly until I think BK have implanted a chip in their brain to give the best customer service. Some other things I enjoy about this BK is that it never wait a long time and my order is always right!
The food is always great here, afternoon or night. I haven't visited for breakfast yet, but the focus on cleanliness is apparent and the staff is fast and kind. This particular visit- I encountered someone who thought being borderline rude was okay...I hope she no longer works there. I look forward to getting their app for a another experience in the future
Did not receive the 8 Pc. Chicken Fries. Did not receive the Double Cheeseburger. The 16 Pc. Chicken Nuggets were good. The Ghost Pepper Whopper Meal was not great but not horrible. The bun was really stale. Very disappointed. The two missing items were one persons dinner. Réservez une table maintenant
I rarely visit fast food compounds — I only have different flavors for food; but my visit to these people was pleasant beginning to finish. Friendly staff, quick service and food made to order. The fries were also fresh! Yum! Go on! Colossians 3:23-24
They didnt give me any cream or sugar with my coffee, and they dont give you options to ask. They also dont give you the option to have sausage AND bacon on the Egg-Normous Burrito like it was originally advertised.
Very impressed by the professionalism and kindness for the man who took my order at 6:00 today 2/4/22. I think he might have been a manager in this place. Perfect example of great customer service was shown by him.
Old Forge Burger King has big frits and burgers not as overcooked as some other bk places Réservez une table maintenant
