The restrooms were clean but were low on paper. The food came out quickly and was made to order and was what one would expect from BK. The service unfortunately at the time was slow but in their defense we did hit at a really busy time of day. They were definitely hopping and trying to push orders. Also since people can't seem to ever make up their minds it's difficult to blame a restraunt for slow service. The help was decent although there was definitely an attitude which could be felt by anyone that was around. No salads, grilled chicken or healthy choices. After we ordered the woman behind the counter told us they didn't have items we ordered off the menu in front of us, then gave me a dirty look after I remarked there were no healthy choices. At that time the dining area was closed off, but there were about 10 people waiting in the dining area because the service was so slow taking orders, then receiving orders the drive through was closed! All around disappointing. Do not recommend.
The worst one. I placed mobile orders with drive through pick up option. In the store, the girl told me that the drive through is closed. She asked me to request for refund!! She also refused to take the order inside! She was treating very unprofessionally. Just ruined my day.
