First of all I work really close to this location . I ordered my food in the morning because I was extremely tired and I needed some food. I was told by another Burger King never goes to this place because they're horrible. I gave them a try. I experienced horrible communication skills. Manager walking around doing nothing. Not one employee said anything to me except throw the food in my face while I was picking up in the Drive-Thru. Now I know why Burger King is dying fast food restaurant. Thank you for killing my favorite fast food place since I was a kid.. Never coming here again.. Oo and did I mention the food was disgustingly cold and was not properly made.. The worst Burger King, bar none. If you’re in the area go to the Burger King on Roosevelt.Incompetent and slow here.After you place an online order, and arrive and tell them you’re there to pick it up, they have you wait at the first window for 15 minutes (im assuming they tell people to wait at window 1 so they can fraudulently fudge their performance metrics.)Then once you wait 15 minutes? The order is wrong. Perpetually.I thought it might’ve just been a rough day.11 times in 3 months and never once has a single order been right no matter the time of day.This Burger King is a better parking lot than a restaurant.
This location continues to be a letdown, multiple times they have not been able to follow simple instructions like plain. Also even though they are advertised as being 24/7 I would highly recommend not even trying to order here late night /early morning. Have had a few times now where they will randomly say they are only completing Uber eats and doordash orders and won't allow you to place one unless you pay the premium price on this apps or have it delivered.
This is the worst Burger King in the world!!! People are extremely rude!!! They disrespect customers. They serve cold I mean COLD FOOD!!!! Do not I repeat do not go here. We need this place to close so we can bring in a better restaurant.The manager is far from a manager. He swears and use fowl language around children. Has no professionalism at all. Should be removed from his position immediately!!!!

Just be very careful while placing a order from this exact store , they are always having staff issues and make you wait about 15 mins while you are at the speaker in the drive through and another 25-30 mins to make your orderI’m writing this after having to face this not once but more than 5 times and now I’ve lost my cool
This place was honestly the cleanest fast food restaurant I’ve ever been in. I’ve been to restaurants that weren’t this clean. I went at lunchtime the place wasn’t chaotic as some places are when they are busy. I know what you’re thinking It’s Burger King, but it was so nice I had to leave a review.
I wanted to try the new wrap here located in north ave and bloomingdale but when i arrived home and the wrap itself it felt like it was very light and i asked no tomatos yet they put tomato. so I opened it and chicken is small... and this cost 3 dollars on the menu.. not worth the money..
Service was good, and the kids behind the counter were friendly. Food was good and better than I have had in the past.

It’s not 24 hrs it’s 23 hrs they shut down at 3am till 4am we were told at drive through.
The food was hot and delicious. Their family meals are a great value.
