Did you know Burger King has new menu item?Its a wrap. It's an Original Chicken Patty Strip wrapped up in a Tortilla with Sauce and Lettuce. I enjoyed the hearty Chicken Strip Patty but, it was spicy . I asked for the Original. Oh well. My Tortilla was really ancient and my Lettuce was diced like cubes. I wish it was Shredded Lettuce. It had one slice of Tomato too. Overall, it was a good combination. It makes a great snack but, I prefer the Original Chicken Sandwich.Service was quick and there was a friendly associate. Well, that's a wrap. You should head to BK to try the new menu item. It's great, when you hungry and don't know what you want or want to eat light. Let me know what you think...
I just went through the drive-thru and ordered two orders of 8-piece chicken nuggets for $1.99 each, along with five cheeseburgers for the same price. However, when I got to the window, I was charged $2.49 for each order of nuggets and $2.99 for each burger. When I questioned this overcharge, the staff informed me that they can't control price changes because everything is handled electronically. Well, if that’s the case, they should update the prices on the menu as well. It's not fair to mislead customers with false advertising. To make matters worse, the chicken nuggets I received were dry and cold. I will definitely not be returning.
We stopped by at 11:25 am on 08/21/2023 for lunch. Doors were locked, and I could see an employee sitting at a table with his head laying on the table, as if taking a nap. I knocked on the window and he looked up and shrugged his shoulders. Big sign outside showing we are now open, but doors are locked, to keep customers away during lunch time. I wonder if they do this everyday? Worthless!
The worst ever! I ordered a salad to eat at the location. They ran out of Forks, I can't eat a salad without a fork, I requested a refund, they refused, I asked to exchange for chicken strips, again they refused. Manager was absent. She returned 15 minutes later, she was very rude. I will never return to this BK and probably never any BK again. Horrible!!

This place is very clean, and the manager, Eddie, is extremely helpful. He personally brought my food to me because I’m an older man and need assistance with walking. He even sat down to chat with me and asked how my day was going, which you don’t find at many other places. I will definitely be coming back. Thank you! Parking is also great here.
The customer service was amazing when I came in to order my food. They were welcoming and the restaurant was very clean! Angel was the best server! The food was delicious and served promptly; I didn’t have to wait more than five minutes.

They dont take American Express. No wonder they had no line. Take your money elsewhere.
