Great customer service! Stopped here tonight around 8pm. The woman who was taking orders in the drive thru was very polite and genuinely sounded like she wanted to be there. Seems like the fast food industry has been taken over by rude unhappy poorly trained employees. It’s been a long time since I’ve had a good fast food experience so this was a nice change of pace. Food was hot and fresh! Best part is that coupons were included in the bag when I got my order. New favorite location.
the last 10/15 times that I have been "in this place and the plymouth in the last few months are closed because something does not work or honest I don't even know why, at some point there is not even a note in the evening hours says it's supposed to be open. I have always been a big fan of bk and always my friends to get it, but after these last months I would be surprised if bk still without the next few years that is just sad...bath business. just bad business.
they were short busy, looked like a guy who worked. he made the best whore I had so far (and ive had my share of heppering) my man ran around like crazy, was not worked up and offered excellent customer service with minimal waiting time to eat. overall, from the many Burger kings I had, this was the best overall! great job types, keep it!
the hired were polite and my bf,s commanded were made correct. I just feel badly bout bk not much business nowadays. and the hired earn a metal for the work coming to pay what they are and decorate delicious eating. I know the things can do so much thanks for everything they do.
