I had to leave this review considering I go to Burger King on the Deeside industrial estate regular and the food is aleays nice, especially with seeing someone complaining that they have no meat on a review, I mean writing a bad review because someone run out of something good job you didn’t go to KFC for all them weeks when they had no chicken In any resteraunt in the uk not long ago) lol, s%#t happens at times, thats life! I had the big king several times and it’s lovely, and it came with the bacon and meat ha ha. Seriously though I have eaten at Burger King in Deeside industrial estate many times and have no trouble returning there. The staff are friendly and polite, the food is always hot more than you can Say about some of the other fast food takeaways). So dont be put off by someone who got nothing better to do than conplain and try n get someone sacked by he sounds of it too by writing to head office... i mean wow, more important things to do with life time). For full disclosure, I am a unrelated business owner. I have nothing to do with Burger King, I am not affiliated with Burger King or their branch in Deeside, I do not even know any of the stuff in Burger King by name.
great friendly service, eating was delicious, hot and fresh. no waiting queue in the business and waiting for my order was just a few minutes. I ordered at the touchscreen counter, which was clean and appealing, the sitting area and the counter both looked clean and well kept. my only nniggle was the cost of meal, at just over £25 for three regular meal times with softdrinks, the one sting, but the same at all similar places due to convenientness. overall the team makes super, I and my family loved the meal! a stop of
On ordering my meal i noticed the tray for the fries were piled up obviously cold as i had been there 10 minutes.when my meal was ready cold fries were served to me so asked for fresh.ok will be ready in 3 minutes.meal ready hot fries. cold dry burger.onion rings hard as nails.is there anything in this place cooked fresh??? Burgers probably cooked 11 oclock and microwaved for 5 seconds the time i was there was 5 oclock this place wants looking into the food is awful i will never go there again
First time we visited was a complete shambles. Order was totally wrong when I asked for it to be corrected the girl stormed off muttering insults. Thought we would give them another chance and it will be the last time we go there. Burgers were lukewarm, buns were solid and the fries were like rubber. Staff couldn't be less interested if they tried. The whole burger king area is disgustingly dirty and looks shabby/ tired compared to the other outlets. Never again.
