My daughter works here and has been for four months now, she has been sent home on several occasions without reason and is never scheduled to work ahead of time. so she has to call everyday to see if she is on the schedule. Sept. 6, 2023 night shift, My daughter went into work and had issues with the management smoking, Not cigarettes) with the back door open. My daughter and her friend asked if they could close the door because of the smell and was immediately sent home. My daughter is only 15 and can only work certain days and hours during the week. I had a really disappointing experience at this restaurant. I spent 30 minutes in the drive-thru with only two cars ahead of me, and the service was incredibly slow. I ended up driving away without even getting my food. It was the slowest service I’ve ever encountered. To make matters worse, the two guys working that night were flirting with two women in a car, which held up the line and felt very unprofessional. I wish I could give them zero stars.
Slow slow and slower 3 cars on line boone inside and still it takes 15 to 20 minutes to go through the drive through for chicken bites ansa yeah that they got wrong. I ordered unsweetened tea, but got sweet tea. And this was after confirming my order 3 times. Sad and the saddest thing is they all seem to be the same way. I keep trying because their food is good, but as I have pointed out the service and accuracy has to be the worst in the industry.
I would recommend choosing a different location than this one. The sandwich I received was cold, and after waiting 15 minutes, I had to request a fresh one. They brought it back in just 30 seconds, but it was only warm, and the cheese still wasn’t melted. Overall, the burger was disappointing. I suggest going to the one on Stirling Road; it's a much better establishment.

Just ate probably the freshest whooper I’ve ever had. The employees are very friendly and courteous and the food was great. I was wondering why the restaurant was pretty empty right at lunch time until I saw all the bad reviews. Maybe they are hit and miss but so far I’m 2/2. I’ll keep trying them and see if anything changes but for now I’m very satisfied
Wow, it took 11 minutes to move just three cars. At this pace, I'm estimating a meal will take about 23-25 minutes by 7:45 PM. This place is nothing like Chick-fil-A. After waiting 17 minutes, I'm already invested... in total, it took 21 minutes to serve just seven cars. It was a painful experience!
I ordered a double cheeseburger, but it was poorly assembled. It had three slices of unmelted cheese in the middle, and mustard and ketchup were placed on the outer bun. Overall, I was very disappointed with the quality of the burger.
By far the greatest Burger King I have ever been to. The staff members are always very pleasant. The food is always hot and fresh. Definitely worth the trip. I have never had a bad experience at this location.

Took a very long time. 6 orders all in red status. Fry tongs on floor in kitchen. Trash full. If i could I'd post the pics I took. Last time at this location
