I went to the restaurant as a paying customer, looking for a meal. When I asked to use the restroom, I was told by a staff member that it was not for public use. I understand if it is intended for employees only, but as a paying customer, I expected to have access to it. I suggest that the restaurant reconsider their policy, as it may deter customers from dining there. I was not pleased with how I was treated and do not plan on returning to the restaurant.
legitimatiw just stopped getting my kids lunch by burger king on the wide street in providence, went to use the lady room first before they buy food, and was stopped dead in my lanes and said that it was not open to the public. So because I decided to use the bathroom before buying food, I was probably not welcome to the public room. So I am on the way to mcdonald’s. they should probably train in customer relationships.
2 for the store but if they ask me for the employees i would gave them 5*. Incredible i came only 1 person drive thru, the manager and 1 person in the kitchen working their a off to serve food covering all the stations. Corporation needs to start taking more serious the effort of employees. Shame on BK, proud ? of employees. Only thing was customers without mask ?. Need to be more hard on that.
The lady was rude and she didn’t wanted to attend me correctly as I was supposed to be she didn’t put any attention to my requests. She ask me to move but she did in a very mean way, I have been ask to move to wait in the parking lot but when people told me kindly. Réservez une table maintenant
Went through the Drive thru, Very clear how they spoke. I approached the Drive-through window, They all had their masks. Polite and asked me if I need anything else. My food was hot which I appreciate instead of getting cold front fries.
The food was impeccable however, when I did my best to not take a dump on their cash register and failed, they used excessive force and repeatedly spanked me.
it seems that they have always new children to work there, but they do their best with everything you look at, and we love burger king
This place is better than the McDonald's down the street the order is right and they're pretty at given hot food Réservez une table maintenant
The food is always cold the cheese ain't melted terrible workers always on their phone
