The cooks don?t know how to read the screen. I?ve ordered burgers and added on some things, but when I get the burger, it only has what I asked to have added and nothing else. There have been times where I had to have them remake it three times after clearly stating to leave everything on and add what I?m asking yet they still can?t get it right. I?ve ordered side food items and they forget to put them in the order and then argue with the cashier saying I didn?t order the sides. I can understand it happening occasionally when it?s busy, but I never come when it?s busy. I think I?ll start driving a little out of the way to go to a different Burger King from now on. I?m fed up finally. This Burger King has the worst customer service they?re consistent at it which is the sad part. It?s sad that it?s the manager with short hairs glasses that?s the worst. She?s very condescending and has a super smart mouth. You can say thank you after all their mess and they still will just look at you like you?re crazy when they actually forget items on your order and you ask for them. This place ridiculous every time?? Go to the new McDonald?s on Kathleen rd just down the road from them trust me??
State of the art brand spanking new location employees very enthusiastic quick service, friendly, courteous, and clean inside and out. Available dining in or take out plus drive thru service here. Spacious parking lot lovely curb appeal. All covid protocol being followed mask, disinfecting all the surfaces, etc. Ordered breakfast for myself and my wife food was like most times I come to a burger king quality and flavor excellent.
They are always very understaffed. Not sure why they can't keep personnel. Seems there may be a management issue if unable to keep personnel. So this causes service to be slow. Food comes out fresh, but it takes a long time to get it. Please don't use this location for your $40 and $60 orders of fast food. Why stress an already short-handed manager? Take those food orders to Publix.
