The management at this restaurant is very poor. I ordered breakfast for my children online and when I asked if water could be replaced with coffee since my children do not drink coffee and the app did not offer any other options, I was met with a lot of resistance in finding a solution. The employee handling my order was unpleasant and aggressive. When I requested to speak to the manager, Damian (who refused to give me his name until I insisted), became even more unhelpful and acted as though I was the problem when all I wanted was a resolution. I drove right past the restaurant twice… missed it completely as there wasn’t a single light turned on outside the location.... That should have been the first indication that this was not a good idea. As noted by other reviewers, the parking lot is very much in need of attention.As soon as I walked in, I was just amazed as to just how dirty and dingy the restaurant itself looked… and at a couple of points, my shoes were actually sticking to the floor. I counted 3 or 4 separate machines (two soda and the shake machine) that had signs posted on them that read ‘Out of Order’. now, besides the fact that they have screwed up my order several times, I now find out that they don't make the oreo shake any more at this place. that is a good way to lose customers

I ordered the Impossible Yen Son sandwich for $8. The sandwich was at its best when lukewarm, but it had too much salt in it.
