I decided that I wanted to get a combo from the menu. I told my order as a #1 with cheese with NO Pickles and NO Onions, was sent out with pickles and onions on it anyway. Burger tasted 5 hours old, employee at drive thru can't take a customers order properly. If I was able to give a negative 5 star rating, I would have done due to having young adults that can't have a order place as customers request and having the order made fresh. Otherwise, I recommend that people should be choosy about going somewhere to get a good hot fresh meal that is known for very good food made.
The man working at the drive-thru tonight was exceptional. After a tiring day, his warm smile and friendly attitude brightened my mood. My order was accurate, napkins were included, and the service was fast. Even though I was only there for a few minutes, I left feeling much happier. It's important to remember that small acts of kindness can make a big difference in someone's day. I want to express my gratitude to this employee and hope that management acknowledges his hard work.
This was my fifth visit in a row where my order was incorrect. Despite repeatedly asking for no sauces, mayonnaise, ketchup, etc., they continue to include them almost every time. My order was for two snack wraps, and I can't help but wonder how they would handle a more complex order. Additionally, the Caldwell location has a serious bug problem that needs to be addressed. I am extremely disgusted and will never return to this restaurant again.
Horrible people and even worse company forcefully trying to sell whopper (beef) on the name of impassible burger on app. Worst kind of misspelling trying to make people eat against their religious belief. We could afford to leave that food however that is very unfair

Terrible food. Ended up throwing it up after about 1hr later of having it. Started off with absolutely ridiculous stomach pains. Followed by...well you guessed it throwing it up. Probably because their meats and or vegetables are spoiled.
Stood there quietly waiting to order over 5 minutes. While made eye contact with the employees several minutes non of them asked me to take my order. Eventually I walked out. Very interesting ?
Literally at the drive up. And the man is telling me I can't place an order bc the system is down. System seems to go down every night at 10pm. Liarrrr!!
I love those whoppers, I asked for extra onions and they charged me 15 cents extra but I didn't get it?But everything else was fine!

unorganized, service was slow and the food was mediocre at best. Would not recommend this restaurant.
Whoever is the manger on duty tonight is awesome. Goes above and beyond. Give her a raise!
