Burger King - Réserver une table

They got my order on the drive thru and made me park in front of the store, I was the only car at the moment… I waited 20min and watched other cars getting their orders in the window. I went inside walking and ask for my order and they didn’t have it. The girl that realized that, told me she was going to get it for me. I watched her going over the boys that were preparing the burgers without saying nothing and walked back to the other side, she did it couple of times. Other girl asked me if I was being help and explained what happened and that the other girl was taking care of that. Than I watched the first girl going over the boys again but this time she told them if they can get may order. She took about another 8min to tell them to do that. The second girl went back at me again and asked me if I had my order already and I her no and to please cancel it. I was there for a little over half an hour since I was moved to the front of the store and by the time I got my reimbursement. Just to say, I was at lunch from work? which I missed it.

That was by far the worst visit ever..we went to get the promotion they had, and it was on the menu. We ordered and got accused.no drinks were given and I asked, and that's when they said they didn't do the promotion, so we had to pay a difference to get our drinks, and we were told to the cashier who served us was new and didn't know about the promo ended. I wait for our food and my burger wasn't right. I didn't ask any onions and I had a lot of them. During the meal we were able to hear the employees who are fun to customers when they ordered.. We will never return to this place again.

Came here ordered burgers shift manager Gloria T tells me no burgers are ready does not give me an ETA nothing. Ordered something else tells me they dont let her accept a Burger King card? I still got my food but that was terrible service. Won’t be back to this location.

Let me start by saying, this the worst location to come to. I had an issue with an order and nobody got nBack to me. I show up today and they didn't even give me a recite for my order. Don't come here. I know I won't..
