I visited a Burger King located at the intersection of Younger Street and Northern Saint Peter's Parkway in Saint Peter's. I used the drive-thru and found the staff to be very friendly, attentive, and patient. I ordered both breakfast and lunch items, which were cooked thoroughly and served hot. I am unsure if they are currently allowing dine-in service due to the COVID-19 pandemic, as every restaurant has different regulations. I did not wear a mask while using the drive-thru, but it is not necessary. I requested a small water without ice after receiving my order, and the staff happily accommodated my request. This was the best experience I have had in a fast food restaurant in a long time....
I have stopped by this location multiple times on my way home from work at 8pm. 80% of the time they are cash only, or just refusing to take card. Then sometimes I 'll come by and the lights will be off but the lady is still there. I figured the lights were off cause the dining room is closed but no, she was there in the dark yelling WERE CLOSED . Last week I had to wait a solid 30m for my order, there were 5 employees in a circle by the drive through window chatting and I had to get cold stale fries and half burnt chicken sandwiches. This is the closest place to my house. Very disappointed in the service.
we went super late tonight and they had only two employees. Even if they are short insulted, they still have us our eating super fast. Additionally, the dame was super nice and redigatiw in the window and had amazing customer service. she even recommended us to try the Bbq sauce after we asked for ranch, and then we both gave to try. didn't catch her name, but she was great!
Burger King was very good. We ordered the big fish, bacon cheese burger, the Texas burger, and jalapeno bites. Everything was outstanding. We had friendly, fast service at the window, and all my items were in my bag, which is a huge plus for me. I will be back. Thank you, Burger King, for making my experience an enjoyable one.
Some kid working at the drive thru straight up had the audacity to tell my friend ?Oh so you?re not wearing any make up today, well maybe you should put some on? instead of hey here?s you?re order. That?s extremely rude. That?s not nice at all! Hope you do not treat all your customers like that.
