The restaurant really needs to improve its front-of-house staff. The woman at the window either lied or misunderstood a situation, and the manager told a customer not to return. The customer had only asked for coffee instead of Coke. It seemed that the woman claimed he had cursed at her, but the manager told him, "You don't need to cuss," to which he replied, "I didn't," and he was correct—he was very polite when speaking with her. Based on this experience, I don’t plan to return myself. As for kid-friendliness, this place lacks any sense of warmth or friendliness, and the employees were quite rude.

I recently ordered dinner for takeout and couldn't be more pleased with my experience. The food was exceptional, earning a solid 5 out of 5 for its quality and taste. The service was equally impressive, with the staff being attentive and friendly, which also deserves a perfect score. The atmosphere, although I experienced it through takeout, seemed inviting and welcoming. If you’re looking for a must-try dish, I highly recommend the onion rings—they were absolutely delicious! Overall, a fantastic dining experience!

I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. The employees were rude and unprofessional, and the place was disgusting. The manager was loudly shouting and swearing at customers, which made the atmosphere completely chaotic. I even saw someone smoking a cigarette in the kitchen before they stepped outside. To make matters worse, I found hair in my food. I will never return to this establishment. If I could give it zero stars, I would. I feel sorry for the locals who have to eat here regularly.
