Burger King - Réservation de table

Due to heavy traffic stopped by on our way to the theatre in Bury St Edmunds. Tiny restaurant only three tables. Waited to get served, pleasant enough member of staff, although harassed at trying to serve counter and do drive through. Another staff member kept popping through with a headset on, but then disappeared. Waited about 15 minutes and was then informed my card payment hadn’t gone through as ‘the internet had crashed’ and apparently ‘is terrible’ at the premises. Tried again only for machine to show declined. Asked for cash, luckily I had some. Next customer was told cash only, followed by further customers tendering cards! I would comment on the food itself, but it appears that the staff start closing up before they actually close. Despite the opening hours being listed as 10am-10pm, I was turned away at 9.45pm as they had closed the kitchen. When catching up with my family the following day, they reported that at 9.20pm the majority of the place was coned off and they were turning people away. My parents also reported that, although they got their food, the hot drinks machine had been turned off just after 9pm. Since there isn't anything else to eat here when staying at the travel lodge I went hungry. Surely you should still have full service up until 10pm? Disappointing.

Ordered a double bacon burger meal, got 2 burgers ,half an onion ring, no tomato, a tiny bit of limp lettuce and a small square of bacon you had to hunt for. Surely its against the law for it not to look something like the picture? Also the sanitizer was water :o runny and no smell.

I saw an advertisement for the Rebel Whopper and decided to take my vegetarian partner to try one. It was delicious and even better than a regular Whopper. I would recommend dropping the original Whopper and sticking with the Rebel Whopper. Réservez une table maintenant

The service was fast! Food was cooked there and then so was fresh and hot. Staff were a little flustered dealing with drive through orders (understandable based on location) However, the staff were attentive to customers in store.

The service is always friendly and helpful. The food is filling and fresh. It's worth the extra money, and this restaurant is a family favorite for us compared to other chain restaurants.

We visited in October and were pleased with the food, which was served promptly. The restaurant is small, with only three tables, but you have the option to dine outside or in your car.

Service was quite a while and the place was not particularly busy, I did manage to get all my order this time. But easy if you are not wanting to go into ely itself. Réservez une table maintenant

Good social distancing very clean staff friendly and well trained food was hot and large order was correct.
